Using SeatMap.app

SeatMap.app is currently free to use for your own personal travel research. The seat maps are a reference, not a booking tool. Airlines change cabin configurations and swap aircraft without warning, so check with your carrier before you book or pay for a specific seat. We are not responsible for a seat that turns out different from the map.

Your account

You do not need an account to browse. If you create one, keep your login details private, give us accurate information, and do not share your account or use someone else's. You are responsible for activity under your account.

Reviews and contributions

Reviews must be based on flights you have actually taken. Do not post anything false, abusive, unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights. You keep ownership of what you submit, but you grant us a licence to display, store, and moderate it on the site. We may edit or remove contributions that break these rules.

Our content and data

The site, its design, the written seat tips, and the compiled seat-map data are owned by SeatMap.app or its licensors. You are welcome to use them for your own personal, non-commercial travel planning. You may not scrape, bulk-copy, republish, or resell our data or content without written permission.

Airlines and third-party data

Our seat maps are compiled from official airline sources and independent references. We work hard to keep them accurate and current, but we cannot promise every detail is complete or error-free. Airline names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners. SeatMap.app is an independent service and is not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by any airline.

As is, no warranty

SeatMap.app is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that the seat data will match your specific flight.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, SeatMap.app is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or your reliance on seat-map information, including a seat or cabin that differs from what we show.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will move the date at the top when we do, and continued use of the site means you accept the change.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
