The Emirates Airbus A380-800 carries 484 passengers across First + Business + Premium Economy + Economy. Power and Wi-Fi are available on this aircraft. Every seat is rated below, so you can see which have the legroom, the window alignment and the quiet — and which sit next to a galley or lavatory.
The seats rated best on this map are 8B, 8J, 9A, 9K, 10B, 10J. Another 156 seats are rated best or good. Look for 42 extra-legroom seats for the most room.
Seats rated avoid on this map are 53J, 54A, 54B, 54C, 66A, 66B. Another 15 seats are rated avoid. These are usually the back rows near the galley and lavatories, or middle seats with no window or aisle.
The bar sits at the rear of the upper deck, a short walk from the back rows of Business and First, and is open to both cabins in flight. Economy passengers downstairs do not have access. For the lounge without the late-night noise, choose a Business seat in the forward half of the upper deck.
The seat lies fully flat, and because Business is a staggered one-two-one, every seat reaches the aisle on its own — no climbing over a neighbour. The onboard bar at the back of the upper deck is open to Business as well as First. Solo travellers do best in a forward window seat; couples suit the centre pair. It trails the newest business suites with sliding doors on privacy, not on comfort.
The bulkhead rows at the front of each Economy section give extra room and quick boarding, and the seats over the wing are steadiest in turbulence. The bassinet positions suit families but draw foot traffic. Skip the last few rows, which sit by the galleys and toilets.
