Yes, both A330 variants carry the same two-two-two Business product. Seat width, recline angle, and bed length are consistent between them. The -300 has a longer cabin overall, so the Business section may sit in a slightly different position relative to the wing and over-wing noise zone, but the product itself is the same.

Exit rows are the prime legroom picks and tend to go quickly after check-in opens. Bulkhead rows at the front of Economy offer generous floor space but no under-seat storage during take-off. Within the standard rows, the outer two-seat pairs on either side of the cabin are the most comfortable daily choice — the window seat for privacy, the adjacent aisle seat for freedom of movement.

The A330 family uses two under-wing turbofan engines, so rows in the over-wing zone pick up more noise than the rows ahead of and behind the wing. On a very long overnight flight, it can be worth choosing a row further forward or further aft of the wing section if you are sensitive to engine noise.
