Not quite. It arrived in 2025, and WestJet is refitting these aircraft again with a slightly less dense economy cabin. The Premium cabin is the same across both, so the difference matters most in economy, where this version packs in a few more rows.

A wider two-by-two recliner with a long pitch, priority boarding and a better service. It is the same recliner product WestJet fits across its 737s, sized for domestic and mid-length leisure routes rather than long-haul sleep.

The over-wing exit rows have the most legroom by a clear margin. Beyond those, sit as far forward as you can: the front of economy boards and clears faster, while the last rows combine tighter legroom with galley and lavatory traffic.
