It is a lie-flat cabin in a reverse-herringbone one-two-one layout, so every seat has direct aisle access and angles slightly inward for privacy. The seats are broadly equal, which makes position the main choice, with window-aligned seats feeling the most private and forward seats clearing the aircraft first.

The bulkhead rows directly behind business give extra room, though they lose under-seat stowage for take-off and landing. Elsewhere a window or aisle seat avoids the middle of the three, and seats away from the rear galleys and lavatories are quieter on a long overnight flight.

The very back rows near the rear galleys and lavatories draw the most noise, light and traffic through a long flight, so they are the ones regular flyers pass over. Middle seats with no window or aisle are the least comfortable over a long sector.

Go for a window-aligned seat in the reverse-herringbone: it faces away from the aisle, so once the cabin dims you are tucked against the window with your feet toward the wall and little foot traffic past your shoulder. Avoid the row directly behind a galley or a crew station if you want an undisturbed sleep, and the centre pair only really earns its keep when two of you are travelling together.
