Turkish Airlines A350-900

The A350 has a quieter, marginally wider cabin than the A330, with larger windows and reduced engine noise. Passengers generally find it more comfortable for overnight flights even in Economy, partly because of the lower cabin noise and the slightly wider seat the three-three-three layout allows versus a denser widebody configuration.

The two-two-two layout means the outer, aisle-facing seat in each pair has direct access; the window seat requires stepping past a neighbour. For a one-two-one layout where every seat reaches the aisle independently, you would need a different aircraft type. Turkish uses a one-two-one configuration on some other widebodies in its fleet.

Window seats on each side of the cabin give you the fuselage wall and one fewer neighbour than the centre three-seat block. Exit rows and bulkhead rows add legroom but come with fixed armrests and overhead-only bag storage. For sleep on a long sector, a window seat in the middle third of the Economy cabin — over the wing — is the strongest combination of stability and comfort.
