This is the lower-business-density layout, with a smaller premium cabin at the front and more Economy behind. Asiana also flies a version with a larger Business cabin. The seats themselves are the same style; the difference is how many premium rows sit up front, which shifts where the Economy cabin and its exit rows begin.

The over-wing exit rows carry the most legroom, and the cabin map flags the exact seat numbers. A window or aisle seat toward the front of Economy gives a good balance of quiet and quick boarding, while the rear rows sit closest to the galley and lavatories.

For a short sector it buys you a two-by-two recliner with no middle seat, priority boarding and a better meal. It is a sit-up seat rather than a bed, so the value is in the space and service on the day rather than sleep. On a longer regional hop that can still be worth the fare.
