The seats themselves are the same style; the difference is how many premium rows sit up front, which shifts where the Economy cabin and its exit rows begin.

The over-wing exit rows carry the most legroom, and the cabin map flags the exact seat numbers. A window or aisle seat toward the front of Economy gives a good balance of quiet and quick boarding, while the rear rows sit closest to the galley and lavatories.
